Thanks for your comment. I have a small of photos from the race. I was concentrating on the ‘arty’ side of the photos so didn’t take that many. Were you in the race? If so, what was you race number and I will see if I have a picture of you.

Thanks for your comments. Flash is not normally allowed at most gigs – these pictures were shot from the back of the O2 so flash would have been useless anyway. The pictures were taken with a combination of high ISO (2500), Image Stabilising lens and using a barrier as a support.

I’m guessing you cannot use flash at such gigs, Andrew, and yet no movement blur. Is this a result of ramping up the ISO, or do you have some other magical trick for freezing motion in the dark?
